- Orders made by AIB to third parties, to be considered valid, must be written on AIB Letterhead, signed at the bottom by the AIB President and/or Vice President, together with the Secretary Treasurer.

- Signatures considered valid for the purpose of the order must be handwritten, not digital or electronic.

- The only e-mail considered valid for the purpose of fulfilling an order to a third party is the following: info@aibitalia.org.

- If you are a possible AIB Supplier and you receive an order from a different e-mail address than the one listed above, consider the order not placed by AIB.

- If you are a prospective AIB supplier and you receive an email from the email address listed above but it is not signed at the bottom by the President and/or Vice President, along with the Secretary Treasurer, consider the order not placed by AIB.-The above orders may refer to any commodity type of products, services, processes, goods.
