Personal data and browsing data
In order to offer you the personalized services provided by its websites, AIB, as the Data Controller, must process certain identifying data necessary for the provision of services.
Navigation data
The computer systems and the technical and software procedures underlying the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the operating mechanisms and protocols in use on the Internet.
Every time the user accesses this site and every time he or she calls up or requests content the access data are stored at our systems and potentially also by the data controller and the data processors, in the form of tabular or linear (within special log files), structured and/or unstructured data files.
Each row of data storage consists of information such as:
- The Internet site from which our page was retrieved (so-called. "referral");
- Your IP address;
- The date and time of the request or access;
- The request itself by your browser or other client, in the form of addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation;
- The technical code of the http response obtained from the server (error, successful, etc.);

- The browser, its technical and functional characteristics and the operating system used.
This data may be used by the Owner for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site in order to identify the pages preferred by users and thus provide increasingly appropriate content and to check its proper functioning. At the request of the Authority, the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or its users.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
At various points on this site you have the opportunity to transmit personal data to us (e.g., email address, name, zip code, other personal and non-personal data). Sending this data is done on an optional, explicit and voluntary basis, and involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered for the purposes of the service and those further granted by you. The personal data that you provide will be recorded and stored on protected electronic media and treated with adequate security measures also associating and integrating them with other DataBases. The data you provide will be processed by AIB. exclusively in the manner and procedures necessary to provide you with the services you have requested. The data will not be disseminated but may be communicated, where necessary for the provision of the service, to companies that perform tasks of a technical or organizational nature on behalf of AIB that are instrumental to the provision of the services requested.
Only with your express consent, the data may be used for statistical analysis, market surveys and sending commercial information on products and promotional initiatives of AIB and/or third party companies. Communications for market surveys or commercial information on products and promotional initiatives may be made by postal mailing, e-mail, telemarketing, sms, mms. Again with your consent, the data may be used for profiling purposes, which may be carried out by a) processing, in an automated manner, the personal data of authenticated users in connection with the use of the service for the forwarding and receiving of e-mail messages; b) cross-referencing of personal data collected in connection with the provision and relative use of several different functionalities among those made available by the user; c) use of other identifiers necessary to trace specific actions or recurring behavioral patterns in the use of the functionalities offered to specific, identified or identifiable individuals.
It is understood that consent refers to the processing of data with the exception of those strictly necessary for the operations and services you requested, at the time of your membership as for these activities your consent is not necessary.
Subsequent to the registration required for the requested Service, if you intend to request/use other Services provided by the same company or by different companies as indicated above (AIB or companies controlled or affiliated by them) you may use the credentials (username/ mail/ password) already used for the first registration.
Where necessary You may be asked for additional data, necessary for the provision of the additional services requested. At any time you will be able to reread the information and possibly change the consents previously provided, check and/or change the status of the active services and possibly request additional services. The provision of data is optional, except for those indicated as mandatory in order to allow you to access the services offered. You have the right to know, at any time, what your data are and how they are used. You also have the right to have them updated, supplemented, corrected or deleted, to request their blocking and to object to their processing. Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (so-called GDPR), we inform you that the personal data you entered to subscribe to the newsletter, will be processed by AIB, Data Controller. We remind you that you will always have the possibility to unsubscribe through the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter. We inform you that your data will be processed by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purpose (unless otherwise required by law). Under no circumstances will your data be disseminated and will be communicated to Mailchimp and to third parties appointed to provide services related to the delivery of the newsletter, within the limits and in the manner provided for by the regulations in force. You may assert your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR (access, deletion, blocking, updating, rectification, portability, integration of data, opposition to their processing) by writing to info@aibitalia.org or to the Data Protection Officer (r.trombin@aibitalia.org). Cookie policy
